Hello! My name is Krissa and I\u2019m a grad student, educator, philanthropist, small business owner,<\/a> and blogger. I\u2019m of Jamaican, Cuban, and South Asian Indian heritages and I\u2019ve always had a love for giving back to the world!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m passionate about helping people improve their lives in various areas, such as making lifestyle improvements to reach their personal goals and highest potentials. I love to volunteer, travel, cook, dance, work with crystals, paint, be in nature, make jewelry, design things, and spend time with my family, friends, and boyfriend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I created this blog to provide my own wisdom and life experiences of things that have successfully worked for me, and how they can work for you, too! I\u2019ve always loved sharing my experiences with and helping others over the years, and I figured, why not start a blog to continue helping people?
